|
|
|
|
MICSFT. Codepages are an absolute pain :/

The unicode character `0xFFFD` (REPLACEMENT CHARACTER) is used as a placeholder

for characters that are not specified in the map (for example, `0xF0` is not in
|

code page 10000).
