- normalized crc iteration logic
- added browser demo
- added command line tool crc32
- fixed unicode baseline script (node 6 changed default array printing)
- fixed performance tests (benchmark module changed behavior)
- updated travis versions for test
- miscellaneous adjustments to tooling
