pinning jszip to 2.2.0 due to jszip bug
jszip 2.2.1 switched underlying zlib engines. The new engine is broken. (h/t @shawnpresser) See: - https://github.com/Stuk/jszip/issues/126 - https://github.com/nodeca/pako/issues/22
