Want to create a sticky column as shown in the attached gif, which doesn't move during scrolling of other columns, can't find such thing in the docs as well. Is this feature available?

The feature you are looking for is called "freezing" columns/rows/panes, and from a quick search I believe it is only available in the pro version.
