SheetJS 4aeb0a786a version bump 0.15.0: mini build
- new xlsx.mini build that strips XLS/XLSB/niche formats
- updated CFB to 1.1.3
- removed niche sheet_to_{dif,slk,eth} utilities
- removed exported ODS parse/write funcs, read/write still supports ODS
